1. Agreement

By using our website https://syntis.ai and/or purchasing our services (training courses, workshops, materials) you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Syntis provides AI training, strategy workshops, prompt libraries, workflow templates and related services for legal teams.

We will deliver the service as described on our website, in our communications, or in any service agreement you enter.

3. User responsibilities

  • You will provide accurate information (contact, payment, etc.).

  • You’ll use our services for lawful purposes, and comply with applicable laws and your professional responsibilities (especially because your work is in a legal context).

  • You’re responsible for how you apply the learnings and materials we give; we provide guidance, not legal advice for your clients.

4. Payment and fees

  • For paid services you must pay the fee specified at the time of purchase (or in the service agreement).

  • We may suspend or stop service if you fail to pay.

  • Refunds are as described in the specific service agreement.

5. Intellectual property

  • The content, materials, templates, workflows, and guides we provide are owned by Syntis or licensed to us. You may use them internally for your organisation but you may not resell, distribute, or share them externally without our permission.

  • Your company retains ownership of your own data, work product, and any materials you create using our services.

6. Limitation of liability

  • Our liability to you is limited to direct damages up to the amount you paid us for the service in the prior 12 months.

  • We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption).

  • We do not guarantee that using our services will result in any specific outcome (for example, increased revenue, perfect compliance, zero risk).

7. Warranties

  • We provide our services “as is” and “as available”.

  • We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your specific purpose beyond what we explicitly state in writing.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a service agreement according to its terms.

  • If you stop using our website or services, you must stop using any licensed materials and delete any copies as required.

  • Any post-termination obligations (for example, payment for work already delivered, confidentiality) survive.

9. Changes to the Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version on our website and update the “Last updated” date.

  • If you continue to use our services after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany without regard to conflict of law rules.

  • If you have any dispute with us, first contact us and we’ll try to resolve it amicably before taking legal steps.
